Dialogue Therapy -
a modern approach to couples counseling

What is Dialogue Therapy? Dialogue Therapy is a time-limited, practical approach for couples who face repetitive conflict in their relationship. Over the span of 12 - 13 sessions, skills are developed by the couple which enable them to explore their differences with respect, clarity and openness. Practicing specific skills such as ‘mindful listening’ and ‘remaining curious’ cultivates a greater understanding of one another. Couples learn to respectfully express their human experience during times of conflict, and unhelpful patterns of relating are brought to light and released. The skills gained in Dialogue Therapy often enable couples to move forward together in a new, intentional way with fresh insight and energy.

Release unhelpful relational patterns and move forward together in your relationship with new insight and energy.
